We ran a 3 day conference for 50 educators from around the USA. Allison and Ty were there for us every step of the way. Everything went so smoothly and efficiently. Everything was done with a smile and with genuine concern for our needs. Evillio and Marylin were literally our right hands throughout the 3 day program. Evillio is beyond incredible. There was no request too large or too small for him. He was beyond helpful and his attitude just made everything so pleasant. There were so many last minute changes, but Evillio never got annoyed, never got flustered, never stopped helping and problem solving. Marylin was like sunshine for us as well, just making sure everything worked perfectly. This experience was just great for all of us because of the incredibly wonderful staff you have. We recently stayed at the Tru & Home to Suites by Hilton in Pompano Beach for my daughter's wedding at The Oceanic, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service we received from the time we arrived! From the moment we arrived, the front desk team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Coordinating a group of out-of-town guests for a wedding isn’t easy, but the staff made everything seamless. They were warm, accommodating, and incredibly helpful with room logistics, recommendations, and even last-minute changes. Their kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire weekend. Shout-Out to the Breakfast Bunch – Every morning started with big smiles and delicious food, thanks to the amazing breakfast team. They kept the area clean, well-stocked, and cheerful, and were always ready with a friendly greeting or helpful hand. It was a great place for our guests to gather, chat, and fuel up for the day’s events. Having all of our guests stay at this hotel truly made the wedding weekend feel even more special and connected. Thank you to the entire Hilton team for playing such an important role in making it a weekend to remember. Highly recommend for events, group stays, or just a relaxing visit to the area!

This Hilton Hotel is a hidden Gem!! exceptional cleanliness and the service was impeccable! Every member of the staff was delightful. Stephanie and Kaylia helped us with our every need! in Pompano Beach we will never stay anywhere else! After this stay we will always look to Hilton first! The Pool the view and access to local restaurants the pier and the beach cannot be beat! By far the best service we have received anywhere in Florida!

Nice hotel, clean. The best part was the staff. Very attentive (Tommy, the concierge, was great!), saw to our every need. Only downside was the mattresses weren't comfortable and they need new pillows.

On 3/4/26 I was in the Ft. Lauderdale area. I attempted to get a hotel room at another location. The service was horrible and my room that was suppose to be booked was not. I ended up at TRU by Hilton. Stephanie assisted us with our reservation and room. Her service was unbelievably amazing. It was actually my birthday unbeknownst to her. Her great service saved the day. You all should give her a commendation. She's going above and beyond. Thank you Stephanie. King

The staff was just super, Miss Stephanie and Diane were especially helpful, courteous and made sure all needs were met. I found the room to be small for 2 people and minimal amenities but that’s what the hotel is. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is great and you’re able to catch the music from the local bar! The rooftop bar is a bonus, the seating spaces on the roof are pretty cool and perfectly nestled within walking distance to the beach and trails.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly. I stayed recently and loved the pool area. Also, the rooftop bar is great place to unwind after a long day and get a delicious drink. The weather was cold but we still had a great time and the staff even gave some great local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Outstanding Staff! I had a fantastic experience at Home2 Suites in Pompano and can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. The property was clean, modern, and comfortable, but what truly made the difference was the staff. Inga and Diane were absolutely incredible—both were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. They made check-in smooth and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Their hospitality alone deserves recognition. Tommy was also amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything needed. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. And Kaylia brought such positive energy and kindness; her customer service was top-tier and made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the entire team worked together seamlessly. You can really feel that this location values excellence and guest satisfaction. Huge thank you to Inga, Diane, Tommy, and Kaylia for making my stay memorable. I will 100% be returning and highly recommend this Home2 Suites to anyone visiting Pompano Beach!
